As Principal Broker of Bias 4 U Realty, Jaime brings a service-first mindset to helping buyers and sellers across Central Arkansas. She sees real estate as an opportunity to build relationships, serve her community, and help people turn houses into homes.
A background in service
Before real estate, Jaime served as a Department of Defense employee from 2008 to 2015, with assignments in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Texas, and the Washington, D.C. area. She returned home to Arkansas in 2015 and continued her federal career with the United States Department of Agriculture until 2025.
Seeing the potential in a property
Jaime and her husband, Doyle, work alongside one another to help buyers and sellers bring their plans to life. Together, they have hands-on experience with home renovations, real estate investing, and rental properties. Both hold Arkansas licenses for residential home renovations, adding a practical perspective when exploring a property's possibilities.
For Jaime and Doyle, their faith in Jesus is at the center of their lives and the way they serve others.
Away from work, they enjoy the outdoors, farming, cruising, and time spent serving their clients and community.
Darrel Sims

Darrell brings a background in construction, remodeling, and home services to his work with Bias 4 U Realty. He began working in new construction and remodeling in 1994 and founded his HVAC company, Air in a Day, in 2006.
That experience gives him a practical understanding of homes and the work that goes into them—a useful perspective for buyers, sellers, and property investors.
Building and serving, near and far
As a missions leader at his church, Darrell has helped build facilities around the world. Service is an important part of his life, both at home and abroad.
Family comes first
Darrell has been married to his high school sweetheart for 40 years. They have two children and three grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys flying as a pilot and traveling.
